We have Stations across Australia in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide focusing on our client base of over 20 clients in their line maintenance requirements.

**The Quality & Safety Administrator Opportunity**

A team of 3 sit in our Quality and Safety team and the Quality and Safety Administrator would also sit within this team based in Brisbane Head Office.

Our Quality & Safety team regularly travels to our stations across Australia to conduct audits and meet operational needs, so they may not always be based at Head Office.

This highly level administrative position has become available due to an increase in workload, and we are seeking support to help coordinate various tasks and administrative responsibilities.

**The role itself would be focused on some of the following tasks: -**
- Heavy document management and control
- Constructing safety campaigns as part of marketing our safety and assurance agenda
- Liaising with our clients and third parties (verbally and written) on a variety of different quality and safety administration
- Uploading of manuals and other key documents to our reporting software
- Setting up new starters on our Quality & Safety database and selecting the induction courses required of them
- Arranging printing/files and copies of documents required for our team when travelling
- Updating SERA with Audit, ASIR, Investigation, and Inspection records
- Formatting of documents where required
- Providing general assistance to an incredibly busy environment

**How can you successfully be considered for our Opportunity?**

To be successfully considered you will require the following:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within the aviation/rail sector in a similar type of role
- Experience with advance MS package
- High level of experience in document control/management
- Experience in dealing with a variety of important key clients and stake holders
- both verbally and in writing

**Desirable: -**

Qualifications in Business Administration or similar

A Certificate IV in Safety

Policy writing experience
