The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Scientific Affairs and Education Area Operations team member, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Work collaboratively with the Global Scientific Affairs & Education Operations team.- Support the OCSD Scientific Affairs & Education team in Health Care Compliance processes & documentation requirements.- Assist in training internal team members on key processes.- Gather and assist in tracking key customer education data.- Lead the planning and execution of customer education events and related healthcare professional travel requests.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)- Three (3) years of in healthcare experience a private, public, government environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- At least one (1) year of experience working with compliance requirements for Health Care Professionals.- Experience with SmartSheets, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.- An understanding of the complex world of compliance for Health Care Professional events within a life science company including understanding Meal Caps, State & Country Laws, Transfer of Value reporting, and other compliance requirements.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and being organized and adaptable to work through complex process.- Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department.
Work location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic or international
