**Your function**
The Business Change Manager will lead, facilitate and manage the execution of change relating to Business Transformation & Projects within the organization. Reporting to the Regional COO - Head of Transformation (Asia Pacific), the Change Manager is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, communicating changes, providing training and support, assessing impacts, managing resistance, and monitoring the progress of change initiatives to ensure successful organizational transitions.
**Day to day**
- **Change Management**: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the business and transformation projects. Support Program and Project Managers through deployment of Change Leadership capabilities from initiation to completion, ensuring adequate stakeholder and SME engagement and smoother transition to BAU. In addition, adopt and contribute to developing global change management frameworks and methodologies and collaborating globally with other change managers to build change capability at DLL
- **Communications & Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption of changes. Ensure deployment of clear and consistent communication strategies across all change initiatives.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks associated with changes and support the development of approaches and strategies to mitigate risk and potential change impacts.
- **Monitoring & Evaluation**: Monitor the progress of change initiatives, evaluating impacts, and adjustments to ensure successful implementation and reporting on the performance of change initiatives, ensuring they meet desired outcomes and deliver value to the organization.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to teams and business members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes, systems or structures. Ensure the development of appropriate process artefacts are completed to support team readiness.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of changes and produce reporting artefacts which support outcomes and impacts, aligning transparency and accountability across the business and the Project and Program teams.

**Your profile**
- Preferred, bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Bachelor Arts - Psychology or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. PROSCI) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or finance, with at least 3 years in a change management or project management role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to support and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
