**About the Role**:
The APS 6 Case Management position is a team leadership position that will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across a range of activities.

The position is required to provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management, and decision-making for the Team Membership within the work area.

**Responsibilities of the Role include but are not limited to**:

- Undertake case management of complex matters and analyse them to develop options for early resolution.
- Obtain necessary information and advice to effectively resolve matters.
- Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings conducted.
- Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
- Assess and respond to priorities and risks.
- Prepare and maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.

**Key skills required for the Role**:

- Individual Case Management of matters involving risk and vulnerable stakeholders.
- Experience interpreting information and legislation to reach an agreed resolution.
- Decision-making skills and the ability to justify decisions based on evidence.
