We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HORECA Key Account Manager to join our high performing Out of Home Sales team in Melbourne.

**We are looking for a passionate and experienced B2B HORECA Key Account Manager who...**:
Will drive acquisition, as well as initiate, develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various functions & channels within the Hospitality channel to drive sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include;
- Delivering coffee & machine sales targets and driving positive market contribution to the overall Nespresso B2B OOH channel.
- Performing analysis of Key Account business potential within the VIC/TAS market
- Acquiring through understanding the customer needs and requirements.
- Expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously improving solutions that meet their overall business objectives.
- Developing and sustain solid HQ relationships with key internal & external stakeholders within the HORECA channel.
- Monitoring and reporting all competitive activities and proactively develop countermeasures.
- Driving Nespresso's Sustainability Initiatives
- Ensuring the local implementation of Nespresso’s overall HORECA channel plan
- Ensuring monthly reports are completed.
- Negotiating commercial agreements with new & existing HORECA customers
