**What You Will Be Doing**
The overarching aim of the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Program is to improve the health and wellbeing of mothers and babies with key objectives being:
1. To improve women’s access and attendance to antenatal and post-natal services
2. To improve women’s access to a range of support services which may include health, welfare, housing and education services
3. Deliver health promotion messages that aim to reduce risk behaviours and promote healthy behaviours

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Social Work (Bachelor or Master of Social Work)
- Community Based Outreach experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team including a capacity for reflective practice, maintenance of a professional portfolio and a willingness to participate in clinical supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in engagement with diverse and vulnerable families
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
