Diversity & Inclusion Specialist
**About the role**
In this role, you will directly contribute to the future shape of our organisational culture. Reporting to and working with the Head of Organisational Culture and Capability, you will support the execution of our diversity and inclusion strategy.
Specifically, you will:
- Support the implementation of the D&I strategy.
- Create and execute D&I action plans and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate to deliver engaging campaigns and activities to celebrate significant diversity days and strengthen inclusion.
- Develop resources, initiatives and programs including drafting committee submissions and papers.
- Review and recommend policies and practices that promote cultural diversity, gender equality, and anti-discrimination.
- Analyse diversity data to identify challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
- Implement our annual diversity census and inclusive culture benchmarking programs.
- Contribute to WGEA reporting, gender pay gap analysis and action planning.
- Implement employee resource groups to strengthen allyship and provide feedback opportunities.
- Build partnerships with organisations to enhance D&I efforts.
- Deliver on our Reconciliation and Action Plan.
**About you**
You will have experience in a diversity and inclusion role or experience working in human resources or organisational development teams where you have delivered initiatives and organisation wide programs. Your experience in delivering projects along with your well developed written and verbal communication style enables you to convey ideas clearly and engagingly. You are a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, collaborative and enjoy engaging the broader business whilst being able to drive forward multiple programs of work.
