**A role with unique responsibilities**
Our Donor & Surrogacy Coordinator’s play an important part in coordinating the donor programs across NSW by providing information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing the recruitment, selection and allocation process of donors to recipients.

With exceptional service, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, you will directly enhance the patient experience.
- Previous Donor & Surrogacy experience (highly regarded)
- A track record of working in a busy customer service role which involves coordination of duties
- A caring compassionate nature to nurture a patients fertility journey
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- A vibrant team player with a strong interest and passion in the fertility industry
- High level of initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well-developed communication skills including presentation skills
- A willingness to work collaboratively with the Donor & Surrogacy team and with other multidisciplinary departments
- A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Principles
