**Core Responsibilities**
- Design and implement learning activities including lectures, tutorials, and assessments and provide timely feedback to students through the implementation of innovative teaching practices
- Contribute to the design and development of engaging course curricula and materials, ensuring materials reflect the latest research findings and industry practice
- Coordinate the moderation of marking exercises and teach large classes in collaboration with the teaching team
- Provide leadership to other academic staff in the teaching team through assisting in course coordination
- Participate in relevant workshops and teacher development programs to develop teaching and learning knowledge and maintain currency in the discipline

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- A postgraduate degree or equivalent in Construction Management, or industry experience within an equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated ability to undertake teaching duties including the design and preparation of teaching activities and resources
- High level written and oral communication skills including demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge in using digital techniques for effective curriculum delivery
- Understanding and experience in using a range of contemporary teaching methodologies
