We’re seeking a dynamic People Systems Coordinator to join our team and grow from an admin role to a specialist level within a supportive and innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Day-to-Day Administration: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data in Dayforce.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Enhance the employee experience by supporting these processes.
- Learning & Development: Create learning materials and support resources for the business.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to implement best practices and process improvements.
- System Upgrades: Assist in the review and testing of system releases and upgrades.
- User Management: Manage system access, user account security, and permissions.
- Data Management: Perform bulk uploads of data as required.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute periodical P&C reports, including the annual WGEA report.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with IT for system sustainability.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- HRIS Experience: Previous experience with an HRIS or similar systems knowledge is desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Educational Background: Preferably, tertiary qualifications in HR or a similar business-related discipline.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
