My client is an innovative EdTech start-up that has transformed the way universities manage and deliver support programs for their students. The platform is designed to match students with the right support and empower them to succeed in their academic journey. They are growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team.
**About the role**:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth for their largest and most strategic enterprise accounts. You will lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise university customers, develop account plans, and ensure customer engagement and adoption of new product offerings and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise university customers
- Develop and implement account plans to drive adoption, engagement, and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins and work closely with customers to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Conduct quarterly executive business reviews with all enterprise customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, and marketing, to ensure customer success
- Analyze customer data and provide insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience
