**The Role**:
This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 12 months.

As our much loved Head of Brand & Communications embarks on parental leave, we seek someone to fill her enormous shoes to keep our brand's pulse racing. You'll dive into our vibrant marketing landscape, leading brand strategy, communications, and creative campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Customers Success & Growth, you'll have the exciting challenge of amplifying our unique online offerings and driving our brand forward.

In this role, you will develop and implement a standout brand strategy, leading our messaging across various channels to ensure impact and cohesion. You'll innovate in digital marketing, media relations, and event sponsorships, driving campaigns that not only grow our business but also build brand affinity. Additionally, you'll strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders, playing a key role in our brand's success and expansion. Your work will be central to defining and elevating our brand's presence in the market.
