So Hello(Monday) to the job?**The Account Executive role is all about new business.**

You’ll be approaching people in the HR department
- Heads of People and Culture, HR Managers or Business Partners, Learning & Development leaders or Organisational Development Managers.
- You’ll conduct between 8-10 new business meetings per week
- 4-6 of which will be booked for you by the SDR team. You will need to pick up the phone and book some of your own meetings
- You’ll work to a mid market annual target, selling subscriptions for a number of licenses that have a varying number of coaching sessions included (think either 1 per month or unlimited sessions).
- You’ll be in the office 2 days a week to work with the team
- but you can come in more if you want to.
