Transactional Banking - Contact Centre Role - Full Time - Inner Brisbane - $53k - $70k + super - WFH Flex

This position is with a well-established Australian customer-owned Bank, based at their new Brisbane office.

**Your new role**

You will provide Customer support within the Transactional banking space (opening accounts, account & credit card queries, foreign exchange, Insurance queries)

Ultimately, You will be identifying opportunities to assist customers with the bank’s range of products and services, and liaise with Internal teams to provide solutions.

Further details;
Start Date: Late August

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 7.6 hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm, with a Rotational Saturday 9am - 2pm shift.

WFH: Hybrid role, with 2 days work from home flex.

Location: Inner Brisbane (central)

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide empathy and manage conflict
- Call Centre or Banking experience would be highly regarded, but not essential
