**Job Description**:
We are seeking an **experienced** sales professional looking for the **next career** **step** within Accor Vacation Club. This role is responsible for liaising with members via telephone to upgrade their existing membership.

Are you **passionate** about** travel** and earning the income necessary to enjoy it? Then you will love selling our members more **“Holidays of a lifetime”.**

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring members understand how our club works
- Explaining how they can get the best possible value from their membership
- Liaising with members to enhance their current level of membership

**Skills and Attributes required being successful in this role**:

- Advanced sales closing ability with the competency to meet KPI's.
- Well-developed interpersonal, time management & organisational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to Company & team goals
- Professional approach to job with high work ethic
- Ability to manage concerns & escalated members issues
- Advanced product knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft word and excel

This is a** full time position**, Monday to Friday. Enjoy bonuses, incentives and team engagement activations in additional to your ordinary earnings.
