Based in Melbourne and reporting to the National Sales Manager, Cardiothoracic and Vascular Interventions, Acute Care Therapies - ANZ we are looking for a Territory Manager who will be responsible for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Interventions (CVI) sales, account management, and business development within their geographical territory. You will be focusing on the Melbourne metro region territory with some regional travel.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Implement the CVI strategic sales plan, for all products within the Cardiothoracic and Vascular Interventions (CVI) product portfolio
- Identify new sales opportunities, drive sales growth and execute sales plans within the territory, to achieve quarterly and annual sales budget
- Create territory sales and inventory forecasts with the goal to allow accurate planning
- Provide clinical case support and in-service education to customers, supporting all CVI products
- Effectively utilize Gforce Sales Management platform
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships within your territory
- Execute go-to-market plans for product launches.
- Manage consignment inventory for all accounts, working with sales manager and operations to ensure meeting corporate expectations on inventory levels, and management of inventory in the field.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous relationships with vascular specialists in a hospital setting - highly desired
- Knowledge in Sales related techniques
- Experience in the areas of Cardiothoracic/Vascular/Endovascular Surgery
- Strong ability to plan and manage territory at both the strategic and operational levels
- Robust impact and presence, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and influence people
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.
- Comfortable in various health care/medical settings and environments
- Solid commercial awareness with the ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Flexible attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize different activities is necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing or related Science field.
