**Job description**:
We currently have a number of vacancies for experienced Customer Service Professionals seeking part time hours. Our Federal Government client, conveniently located in the CBD, is currently seeking individuals who will conduct outbound calls. This position requires staff to use a range of methods to follow up survey participants and increase response rates (including over the phone). Participants are contacted using Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI). Staff will be typically rostered onto a 3 hour shift in line with business needs.

Some of the duties of the role include:

- Conduct a large volume of outbound calls while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
- Seamlessly navigate multiple online systems and perform associated data entry with accuracy.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Abiding by the APS Code of Conduct and values with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience required:

- Previous experience in a contact centre environment conducting outbound and/or survey campaigns desirable, but not essential
- Availability to commit to part time hours. **3-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday on an ongoing temporary basis, between 4pm and 9pm AEST**:

- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to commit to a long-term assignment
- Previous federal or state government experience would be looked upon favourably
- Capable of following scripts and standard operating procedures
- Initiative, flexibility and resilience
