**More about this role**:
The primary responsibility for this role is to provide employees with a superior work environment and efficient administrative services through cost effective management of new and existing premises along with management of external contractors.
This role will offer an amazing opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure to all aspects and departments within this company on a national level whilst being responsible for the end-to-end management of all facilities across the business.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Management of the Facilities budget and cost centers including preparing annual Opex budgets and monitoring expenditure
- Managing supplier contracts to ensure agreed service levels are maintained while optimizing costs
- Setting and preparing of preventative maintenance plans
- Ensure individual actions & team processes maintain an exemplary record of compliance and commitment to relevant quality standards using the local quality management system
- Drive a quality culture in team behavior and through implementation of continuous process improvements compliant with relevant quality standards.
- Management of people - recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training, engagement & performance
- You will have 5 direct reports within this role.
- Management of facility service tickets for nine office spaces, this will include prioritization, resolution, external contractors, and stakeholder management

This position is a Full-Time Fixed-Term-Contract for 12 months paying $120,000 + super.

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate yourself to be a strong communicator who can effectively build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

In addition to this you must have strong administration and organisational skills and most importantly a 'can-do attitude'
