As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our organisation by identifying and bringing in new, high-quality leads. You'll have the opportunity to engage with diverse business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and managers across various industries. While prior sales experience is a must, a passion for meeting new people and excellent communication skills are equally important.

In this role, you will be researching new leads, establishing the first contact, attending prospective sales meetings, and participating in networking events. Your efforts will help us showcase our comprehensive range of Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions and demonstrate how they can address the unique challenges, inefficiencies, and risks faced by our clients.

**Duties & responsibilities of the role**:

- Generate and qualify leads through various prospecting techniques, aligning with our target market
- Conduct personalised outreach, engage prospects, and schedule discovery calls to understand their IT infrastructure, challenges, and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand the pipeline, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Develop a deep understanding of our MSP offerings and effectively articulate their value proposition
- Assist in delivering engaging sales presentations and demos, tailoring messages to the audience's level of understanding
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, consistently following up to keep them engaged
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the sales manager

**Requirements & qualifications**:

- Recognise the power of technology in solving business problems and driving efficiency
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and can build genuine relationships
- Can translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language
- Enjoy educating others and explaining technical concepts
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Have full working rights in Australia

With a combined knowledge of 25 years in serving individuals, small businesses, and enterprises, we specialise in providing end-to-end IT and communications infrastructure solutions to our customers.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
