As a State Manager for Queensland, you will report to the Channel Sales Director and be part of our dynamic State Management team. You will be an individual contributor and work closely with all QLD Dealers, the QLD team, and the Enterprise Sales team to ensure we drive year over year growth, achieve target or above with specific focus on New Business, Customer upsell and assisting as required with customer retention. The QLD State Manager will work remotely based in Queensland, ideally Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement sales strategy across all key verticals
- Drive sales activity to achieve Sales Growth in line with Target
- Market and promote Teletrac Navman and represent Teletrac Navman at conferences and events
- Assist Customers to utilize more of our product and solution offering
- Recruiting and on-board additional Dealers
- Assist to ensure we maintain industry-leading retention rates
- Maintain proficiency across the whole range of Teletrac Navman (TN) product offering

To be successful in the role you will bring with you:

- High School Certificate and above
- Previous experience in ICT or GPS industry advantageous
- Proven Sales ability with a minimum of 5 years sales experience
- A track record of achieving sales targets
- A team player capable of working with and at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Polished presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Displays a sound business judgment, decision-making capability and accountability
