**THE CLIENT**
I am currently working with a multinational analytics and insights business. The business help their clients; make informed decisions around wider market and business trends through their innovative technology and data capabilities. Being in the market for over 100 years, the business partners with tier one vendors and are a multi-award winning business that have a recognised brand in the market.
They are now looking for a Account Manager to come onboard to drive revenue within existing accounts. You would be dealing with tier one accounts largely in the financial services space including - Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Suncorp and the Bank of Queensland (BOQ).
You would be working in a flexible working environment where you would have the autonomy to work from home / WFH. Very supportive management who wants to make sure you feel like you have been invested in.
**THE ROLE**
- Form strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders of the sales cycle
- Engaging with C-suite executives across a number of departments - Head of Sales, Head of Risk & Compliance, Head of Legal, Director
- Have consultative conversations and be able to up and cross sell different product offerings depending on the requirements of the end user and project
- Culture is centered around collaboration, no ego's and promoting an environment of being a team
- Be invested back into you through training and development
- Flexibility to work from home / WFH
- Conduct business reviews with clients to maximise revenue
- Analyse data from a sales and consumer perspective to be able to identify and prospect opportunities in the market
- Salary: $110K Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions $160K OTE
**THE CANDIDATE**
- Want to work in a high growth business and industry with progression opportunities
- Have previously worked in an Account Manager position
- Worked for a business that has sold subscription based solutions
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Have the ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct business reviews
- Be able to articulate your sales process and how you have managed to secure deals
- Great relationship building skills with the ability to scope out new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have a track record of success and be able to demonstrate overachievement of targets and KPI's
