This role is an **onsite role** as a **Full-time **position.

**What do you do in this role, you ask? Ah yes, great question**

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Retail Duty Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the LEGOLAND ® Discovery Centre Melbourne Retail store. You will work closely with the Supervisory and Management team to create, implement, and drive operational strategies to exceed guest’s expectations and KPI targets. This will require outstanding service to all guests in a fast-paced environment, whilst ensuring all back-of-house duties such as visual merchandising and stocktaking are completed timely and efficiently.

So, what are some things you may be doing in a day?
- Ensuring accuracy during purchases and transactions.
- Creating rosters in accordance with set budget.
- Ensuring daily cleaning and organisational tasks are completed fully and on time.
- Leading team engagement and training.
- Ordering and receipting stock.
- Carry out Duty Supervisor shifts (where applicable).
- Ensuring Profit Protection policies and procedures are adhered to by all levels of staff.
- Leading and coaching the amazing frontline team to deliver excellent guest interaction and service with a “guest obsessed” mindset.
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the Retail Store is running clean and efficiently.

- 1-2 years’ experience in a role leading a team.
- Experience working in the guest services, Retail, or similar industry.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on effective conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A fun and positive approach to your work.
- Cash handling experience is a positive.
- Experience in POS systems in a ticketing or retail setting advantageous.
- The ability to work a roster which may include weekends, school holidays, and/or public holidays - we are a kids attraction after all
