What starts as a Business Manager role has the potential to evolve into a C-suite leadership position, such as General Manager, Chief of Staff, or an equally prestigious role. **Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations and finances
- Immersing yourself in all aspects of the business, from logistics to marketing
- Collaborating with founder/directors to shape business strategy and growth
- Implementing process improvement initiatives and seeking opportunities for growth
- Leading hiring efforts and nurturing team development
- Being an active, hands-on member of our close-knit team

**Here’s what your experience may look like**:

- Strong background in business operations
- Proven leadership or mentorship experience
- Track record of effectively managing stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to establish internal processes
- Excellent understanding of financial management
- Comprehensive knowledge of all business functions and what it takes to drive success
- Experience in ecommerce and/or direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models
- Bonus points for diverse and impactful life experiences
