SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a **Revenue Management Analyst** to join the Revenue Management Team on a **Full Time **basis.

The role offers the flexibility to work from home and across our Sydney CBD and/or Olympic Park offices as agreed and required for the role.

Reporting to the Pricing and Yield Manager, you will interpret and analyse relevant data to identify issues, trends, and emerging problems. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Setting, managing, and adjusting rate strategies for assigned locations based on agreed pricing strategies
- Creating, maintaining, and loading all rates via multiple systems including Revenue Management Optimising tools to all rate platforms
- Analysing, reviewing, and implementing pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, historical and utilisation recommendations provided by optimising tools
- Reviewing and implementing pricing strategies based on analysis and research of region, market forces, and seasonal events to ensure pricing meets SIXT Australia’s revenue and profitability targets
- Compiling and maintaining documentation of pricing decisions, methodology and assumptions
- Scheduling and executing competitor analysis to ensure that SIXT Australia remains correctly positioned in the market
- Serving as the catalyst for system expertise across all platforms via continuous improvement
- Implementing segmentation and channel manipulation strategies as directed by Pricing and Yield Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Be thorough, proactive, and methodical with proven analytical and financial skills
- Excellent numeracy skills to support the implementation of pricing and revenue management processes
- Ability to understand and implement pricing and demand models/strategies
- Manage conflicting priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders
- Superior time management and problem solving skills
- Use initiative to recognise process failures and put processes in place to correct the issue
- Effective team player with strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional stakeholders
