**About our Team**
These positions work closely with management to provide strategic advice and assistance on a range of workplace matters such as people policy, employment conditions, and change management. The team lead the administration and delivery of the ASD Determination of Employment and the ASD Grievance Determination, along with developing and managing HR Policies and delivering exciting and impactful agency wide projects to ensure that ASD is an employer of choice.

- Have the ability to engage with and develop strong collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders;
- Possess well-developed interpersonal skills using a range of highly developed communication methods to engage with a variety of stakeholders;
- Be able to demonstrate initiative, sound judgement and strong organisational and leadership skills;
- Be able to adapt communication styles to explain Human Resource and Workplace Relations content to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Be able to draw from their HR expertise to solve problems, identify improvements and offer credible, consistent advice;
Have demonstrated their ability to be a key team member, working with others to achieve outcomes.
