**About the role**

**Responsibilities**

Coordinating and leading business improvement actions across the business with internal and external stakeholders

Managing and overseeing a number of integrity and core business processes

Acting as a leader in the performance improvement culture

Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key metrics in the business to ensure performance in maintained and opportunities for improvement identified
- Scheme technical knowledge - Ideally 3-5 years in the industry
- The ability to plan and organize work in a manner that ensures timeframes are managed
- A high level of organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and entrusted with making decisions on business critical matters
