**Type: Part-Time (3 days per week or flexible hours across 4-5 days; hybrid work available)**

**About the Role**:
As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will be the heart of our volunteer program. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining an organized volunteer database to streamline daily operations and events.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing background screening checks for potential volunteers.
- Inducting and training volunteers through engaging orientation and ongoing development programs.
- Managing volunteer records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Serving as the main point of contact for volunteers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote volunteer opportunities and create engaging promotional materials for external events.

- **Licenses**: A current driver's license and access to a car, as well as a willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC).
