We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Reviewing labels on products
- Managing key accounts with the focus on achieving desired outcomes for the business and client
- Manage an established account base of national and international clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and quality, to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and time-management skills
- An analytical mindset is required to deep dive into performance indicators and drive improvements in business processes and results
- A professional and an overall friendly disposition
