**What you'll be doing**
- Strategies: Develop/implement/report on effective paid search strategies with clear and agreed outcomes by leveraging your experience with ad accounts, data sources, campaign objectives, audiences, placements, conversion tracking and everything in between
- Clients: Show leadership in systematic client contact that explains strategy and tactics, dissects problems, and uses data analysis to develop recommendations
- Campaigns: Manage the lifecycle of campaigns ie create, develop, launch, optimise, report on progress and evaluate campaigns across Google platforms eg search, display, video, shopping
- Teams: Manage/develop a small team of Paid Ads specialists, monitor/report on team/campaign/revenue progress, identify/respond to trends/blockages, etc.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other business units to deliver client campaign results, and align paid advertising efforts with broader business objectives.
**So you'll need to...**
- Have **_AT LEAST 12 MONTH’S PAID ADS EXPERIENCE IN AN AGENCY _**(yep, this is really really important to us) including strong e-commerce ads experience
- Be a friendly “people” person who enjoys interacting with colleagues, managing a team, and communicating with clients
- Be an organised person who can make decisions, juggle priorities, work quickly and meet agreed deadlines.
