**About The Role**

Working onsite at our Southbank office, this position involves managing paid search campaigns on Google and all other pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. The goal is to maximise ROI and boost the overall online performance. As a Google Ads specialist, you will be identifying trends and insights to design powerful paid search campaigns.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create highly targeted and well-planned managing Google Ads, including Google AdWords, Google Shopping & Merchant Centre, and Display & YouTube campaigns end-to-end. This involves keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy development, and budget management.
- Manage ad spends ranging from A$200-300k/month across multiple client accounts and various industries.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager for managing client accounts, including planning, reporting, and communicating for better outcomes.
- Optimize campaigns across channels and improve performance to accomplish business goals.
- Create monthly reports focusing on performance, insights, and opportunities.
- In-depth hands-on experience in Sales Funnel Creation, Building Offers for Lead Generation & Ecommerce Growth.
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. You'll need to present campaign performance reports and strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Drive the growth of our paid media team and portfolio, focusing on establishing scalable systems and training resources to enhance team capabilities and performance.

**About You**
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with a demonstrated track record in effectively managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads.
- Experienced in handling a diverse portfolio of clients from various industries and managing budgets of varying sizes.
- Skilled in developing digital strategies and adept at presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly valued.
- Capable of building strong client relationships and efficiently managing client accounts in an agency setting.
- Proficient in the technical aspects of digital marketing, including the use of tracking tools, tags, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities through data analysis, and effectively communicate these insights to clients.
- Excellent time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
- Certification in Google Ads and Analytics is a significant plus.
- Experience in managing Paid Social campaigns is also advantageous.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
