**About The Role**

Working onsite at our Southbank office, this position involves managing a team and the paid campaigns on Google and all other pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. The goal is to maximise ROI and boost the overall online performance. As a Senior PPC Specialist, you will be identifying trends and insights to design powerful paid search campaigns.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee and create a highly targeted and well-planned SEM ad campaigns including keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy development, and budget management to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost per lead (CPL), consistently building on our successes.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Account Managers for managing the accounts of clients
- Manage clients by meeting their expectations in terms of strategy, project development, timelines, and results
- Provide high quality customer service to all clients
- Work and communicate effectively with clients and management on requirements, tasks and resources associated with Paid Ads
- Optimise campaigns across channels and improve performance to accomplish the goals of the business
- Research and understand the target audience to create impactful display advertising campaigns
- Create monthly reports with a focus on performance, insights and opportunities
- Provide training and guidance to paid ads and marketing team members on implementation best practices and strategies

**About you**:

- At least 3+ years of Paid Ads experience with proven skills in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads
- Experience with Google Shopping Ads & Merchant Centre is a must.
- Experience with managing multiple clients in an agency environment
- Technical knowledge of tracking setup, tags/pixels and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical ability to identify gaps, understand opportunities through data analysis and present them to the client
- Ability to manage campaign expenses and estimate monthly cost
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Google Ads & Analytics certified is an added advantage an advantage
- Digital marketing agency experience

**Pay Details. AU
- **$90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
