Your Mission: As our Team Manager, you'll steer a diverse team of service providers across Sydney Metropolitan and Regional areas, ensuring top-notch service delivery that resonates with our Members. Your strategic prowess will fortify our brand's identity and set the benchmark for excellence.

**What You'll Do**:

- Cultivate a winning team by recruiting, nurturing, and rewarding exceptional talent.
- Ignite a high-performance, customer-centric culture through coaching and development.
- Tackle performance issues head-on, using proven coaching and management techniques.
- Foster collaboration and free-flowing information for sound decision-making.
- Ensure all team objectives harmonize and resonate with our grand vision.
- Lead dynamic communication platforms to boost business performance and adapt to changes.
- Infuse enthusiasm into change implementation, painting a vivid picture of success.
- Drive revenue streams and unearth new commercial opportunities.
- Analyse financial data, spotting business priorities and potential openings.
- Nurture a proactive safety culture, handling incidents with finesse.
- Champion member satisfaction, resolving complaints with finesse.
- Identify trends and craft strategies to enhance customer experiences.
- Oversee Quality Assurance activities with precision.

**What You Can Bring**:

- Over 5 years of stellar service delivery management experience.
- A proven track record leading field-based teams through change and feedback.
- Exceptional team-building, motivation, and recognition skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and facilitating solutions.
- Extra points for experience in roadside assistance networks.
- You have a tertiary qualification in a relevant business field.
