**About the role**:
The 5A Medical ward receives patients directly from the Emergency Department and provides comprehensive acute and post-acute stroke management. The department cares for a diverse range of general medicine patients including complex respiratory conditions, sepsis and renal failure.

The Clinical Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative services for members of the health care team on designated ward(s)/unit(s) under the direction of a Nurse Unit Manager.

**Your main duties will include**:
Data entry into IT rostering systems.

Complete accreditation processes and incident management as required.

Conduct stocktakes and order medical equipment in-line with unit service delivery.

Support the Nurse Unit Manager with workforce matters including rostering, recruitment, leave and payroll.

**About you**:
Demonstrated organisational, interpersonal, communication skills.

Experience in workforce rostering, including managing incidental and planned leave.

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.

High level of computer literacy and demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
