**The role**
You will take a leading role in driving services sales across Oracle’ On-Premise and Cloud (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) portfolio. You will collaborate with creative minds and high calibre technical experts to provide exceptional solutions and services that help customers transform their business and achieve their goals. You will be a dynamic and responsive individual that is an out-of-the-box thinker and thrives on new challenges.
**Responsibilities**
- Be a trusted advisor by
- creating compelling value propositions that are aligned with customer priorities
- developing and maintaining relationships with key business owners, decision-makers and advisors
- Be an ambassador for Oracle ACS by maintaining an understanding of Oracle ACS direction, services offerings relevant to both transition and new sales
- Develop account plans based on an understanding of growth opportunities and customer success criteria
- Accurately develop, forecast, manage and close opportunities against plans and in line with targets and budgets
- Manage and lead sales process by collaborating with cross line of business teams and key stakeholders
- Excel in all areas of business development and sales, i.e. communication, presentations, proposal writing, strategic and solution selling
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proven ability to successfully lead and execute the full sales cycle on complex IT services in conjunction with both internal and external partner organisations
- Sound industry experience and a successful track record of solution-selling
- Proven track record of multiple sales target achievement
- Ability to effectively develop, negotiate and close at the “CXO” level
- Significant experience in both leading and coordinating Deal Pursuit Teams (including solution, pricing, delivery, contract, legal and 3rd Party resources)
- Strong territory management skills, including account assessment & targeting, lead follow-up, opportunity development and qualification
- Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements
- Familiarity with market-leading SaaS, PaaS and IaaS players as well as ERP, CRM, EPM and Cyber Security solutions
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, Applications, Services and Technology an advantage
- Bachelor or Masters degree, or equivalent experience
