**The Opportunity**

We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager Propositions to join us in this permanent role, to create holistic marketing strategies and plans to support major propositions. This role is critical in the discovery and design of new customer propositions and works closely with CX Design, Customer Insights and the Proposition Crew to ensuring customer understanding and insights are embedded into the design process.

Day to day, this role could see you:

- Leading the development and alignment between the Proposition Crew and broader business stakeholders to ensure connection between proposition and crew priorities
- Ensuring proposition design and development is considered as part of the broader customer experience strategy to ensure an integrated experience for customers
- Influencing and guiding proposition development through the discovery and design phase to maximise business and customer success
- Leading the marketing strategy and execution to take priority propositions to market and embed into existing customer journeys - as well as the ‘always on’ marketing where relevant
- Manage the transition of new proposition marketing strategy and assets into relevant marketing programs and teams
- Working with the Propositions Lead to identify annual and quarterly priorities
- Taking some time to recharge - you might head out for a walking meeting or get yourself to a lunchtime yoga session

Success in this role will be realised through championing the customer needs via strong cross-functional collaboration and planning delivery via the broader proposition development lifecycle and enterprise planning processes.

**What** **about you?**

This role would be a perfect match for a marketing professional with a real passion for customers combined with demonstrated proposition management experience. You’ll have a solid background in digital, and be comfortable working with and influencing a range of stakeholders. An effective storyteller, you will be able to bring together insights from both quantitative and qualitative data in an engaging way. Commercial acumen is a must, as is the ability to stay strategically focussed while you manage operational execution.
