About the opportunity:


As a valued member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will work closely with employees across the South East region in close collaboration with the Regional Director, to support the development and execution of marketing plans across all divisional portfolios.

Working with the Regional Leadership team and the National Marketing team, you will identify, prioritise, develop and executive against marketing opportunities that achieve strong commercial returns.

Your exceptional stakeholder management skills will ensure that you quickly become a key member of the SE Regional Leadership team, who is seen as adding significant value to the Region.


A typical day may look like:

  • Build and execute the Regional Marketing plan for the South East region including National, Regional and Local campaigns, supporting the performance of the region
  • Work closely with the Data & Insights team to analyse data and identify new opportunities for emerging business and new market share in local regions
  • Meet with key Regional Leadership team members to develop and execute against opportunities in the region
  • Work closely with Regional Category Managers to develop marketing initiatives and campaigns to aid in the achievement of sales targets for supplier and white label products
  • Undertake post campaign analysis, optimisation and reporting for key stakeholders to drive marketing. excellence and seek continuous improvement for marketing initiatives
  • Identify local opportunities for community engagement and assist branches in planning and executing their presence at these events
  • Understand and develop localised activity to support growth in local area market share including increased basket size, increased penetration, increased frequency

About You:


To be successful you must be an experienced and committed marketing professional, with a 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

You will ideally have previous experience or an affinity with the agricultural industry.

You will bring with you:

  • Ability to understand commercial objectives and design marketing activity to suit
  • Results driven mindset with the ability to adapt when and if needed
  • Experienced in executing marketing and communications programs across various channels
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Must have knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Outcome focused with a high level of creativity and innovative approach
  • Experience in multidisciplinary organisations with complex product and service portfolios
  • Ability to work in highpressure environments with the capability to balance tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to travel when required
