**In this role, you'll**:
Be working as part of a team delivering a range of governance and assurance support services to ensure that Taxi and ride share operators, drivers and stakeholders abide by relevant legislation.
This role will see you ensure a fairer and higher quality level of service for the people of NSW ensuring the safety of passengers, the public, drivers and all involved in our road networks.
You will provide support and coordination of governance initiatives to enable the NSW Point to Point Transport Commission to meet the highest standards in governance, risk management, probity and legal/statutory processes. in a environment of competing priorities and change.

**About you**
Your previous experience in risk, assurance, compliance, governance, policy or records management formed across a career in the government sector or while working in a large organisation will see you drive and facilitate changes which will lead to high-quality governance, enabling sound decision making.

Transport for NSW’s Point to Point Transport Commissioner is the industry regulator for all point to point transport, including taxis, rideshare providers and hire vehicles across the state.
