- Ongoing full-time vacancy. 35 hours per week.
- Location: Regional NSW, Sydney or Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available.
- Clerk Grade: 7/8. Base salary $101,947.00 to $112,849.00 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

NSW Trustee Guardian protects, promotes, and supports the rights, dignity, choices and wishes of the people of NSW. The agency supports the Chief Executive Officer and the Public Guardian to provide customer-centred services to the people of NSW, including some of the state’s most vulnerable. We do this by providing a range of multidisciplinary services including Will-making, estate planning, executorship, trustee, financial management and guardianship services.

We write more than 13,000 estate planning documents each year, support over 47,000 customers annually and manage over seven billion dollars in customer assets. A NSW government agency within the Stronger Communities Cluster, our services help support and protect people at critical moments in their lives.

**About the division**

The Strategy, People and Governance division provides a wide range of enabling services including audit, risk and compliance, ministerial and external relations, people and culture, and policy services.

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity that will see you driving our independent internal audit program, enabling the organisation to better manage and control risks. This role works collaboratively with teams across the agency to improve the quality and consistency of our business processes. Use your effective project management skills to ensure timely and effective delivery of internal audits through our outsourced service providers.

**About you**

**Essential requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, industry certifications or equivalent experience in delivery of corporate governance or internal audit
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof
