**Your role**

**Do you have a passion for customer service and would like to use your delivery and management experience to help make a difference in our public housing operations?**

The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) vision is to empower all people to live fulfilling lives and achieve their potential in inclusive communities with a focus on breaking, rather than managing, disadvantage.

**What you’ll do**

The role will involve a combination of scheduled remote and office shifts, working across a rotating 24/7 roster.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service to vulnerable and diverse clients
- Excellent computer navigations skills and the ability to work between multiple screens and data bases
- Contact Centre experience is desirable but not essential
- Dedication to continuous learning through both in-person and virtual training
- A fully functional, private and secure work from home office
- Commitment to attend scheduled team meetings at our Liverpool office
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
