**Your role**

We have an exciting opportunity within our Workplace Services team for the role of Workplace Services Coordinator, within the Workplace Transformation Program.

The role is a part of a supportive and collaborative team, driven to support the safe and efficient operation of our accommodation portfolio. The Workplace Transformation Program is working to improve the work environment for all staff through accommodation uplift and intuitive and easily accessible concierge support services. The role plays a vital part in the success of this delivery transformation.

**What you’ll do**

As an integral member of the Workplace Services team, you will report to the Manager, Workplace Services.

Your role will include:

- Liaising with Maintenance teams, Property Management team, Fleet teams and contract service partners, ensuring all staff have access to a safe, efficient, clean and hazard free working environment.
- Co-ordinating the first aid and fire and emergency management functions
- Liaising with workplace coordinators from other agencies co-located at Government hubs and support planning and logistics for relocation activities as required.
- Managing invoices, payments and purchase orders.
- Managing the customer centric delivery of a range of administrative services including concierge, maintenance, fleet, security, mail, stationery, cleaning and waste services.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous facilities management experience and can demonstrate this.
- Exceptional customer services experience including vendor management
- Be able to demonstrate your skills and experience delivering to meet multiple stakeholders needs with competing priorities, whilst working under pressure
- Previous experience as a team leader
- Preferred experience dealing with Work health and safety and emergency management.
- Will be experienced in Microsoft office including word and excel
