ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Part time, permanent position
- Days - Alternating Saturday's (0.1 EFT)
- Opportunity to pick up casual shifts throughout the year
- Hours: 0800 -1630
- The department is closed on public holidays
- Greet patients on arrival to the department
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day activities in the Fetal Monitoring Unit, ensuring administrative, clerical and reception services are provided to the patients and staff
- Efficient and effective maintenance of document and data storage, including admitting and discharging patients
- _ABOUT YOU:

- High level of interpersonal, communication skills and computer literacy
- Familiar with the computer system iPM
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
