**The Business
The Payments Service Utility (PSU) is a standalone Support Unit in Technology Tech, incorporating payments-related technology, service management, and governance and operations functions to ensure end-to-end accountability for the Group. PSU Operations is the engine room of the CBA Group dedicated to running, improving and transforming the processes that deliver payments, products, services and productivity benefits to the CBA Group’s customers.

**The Team
We have a number of exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Reconciliation team on a **6 month fixed term arrangement.
Reconciliations Services is responsible for completing daily controls that ensure many of the Groups product and payment systems have transmitted and settled customer funds correctly. This is a high volume operations position which requires someone with strong operational skills, especially utilising excel to help support business functions.

- Ability to undertake investigations in respect to transaction or exception based issues

- Works well under pressure, able to prioritise and can meet assigned targets
- Accounting background is an advantage
