The Program Manager - Capability works as part of a highly productive and dynamic team charged with leading and building a constructive and inclusive culture across Forest, Fire and Regions Group (FFRG). The role requires skills in organisational development, learning and leadership development and experience in both developing leadership and learning solutions and implementing them.
Reporting to the Program Manager, Culture, Capability and Diversity, you will lead development of FFRG's capability development program, working with key stakeholders to determine group learning and development priorities and developing and implementing effective and engaging learning and development solutions that are practical and aligned to business needs. You will use your systems thinking approach to ensure learning and development solutions are effective and deliver them using project management tools to track and report on program milestones.
You will work across the team, supporting workforce, culture, change and diversity development requirements, contributing to the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focussed, collaborative, professional and engaged.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- An appropriate qualification in a field such as learning and development, education, organisational development or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing organisational development, leadership and learning initiatives is required.

This is a fixed term position available until 31 December 2023. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
