**About the role**:

- Point of contact for customer order processing
- Receive and load all approved customer purchase orders into Pronto
- Oversee the repair and returns process
- Provide order confirmation to customers with estimated day of shipment
- Update new sales orders and status
- Liaise with Manufacturing Operations Manager to ensure timely order completion
- Provide directions in terms of shipping costs
- Review and approve invoices, obtain quotes for shipping (domestic and local)
- Maintain customer correspondences regarding delays or price changes
- Assist with annual stock take and report any inventory issues
- Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager

**About you**:

- Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience dealing with freight companies for domestic and export shipments
- Business, Engineering or similar Certificate or Diploma (preferred not essential)
- Experience supervising warehouse facilities and personnel (preferred not essential)
- Decision making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work as a team player
- Efficient communication and interpersonal skills
