This role in summary will see you handle inquiries and questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems, provide information and update the database.


  • Answering inbound calls from Customers, Technicians and Suppliers
  • Responsible for coordination, dispatching service calls from conception to completion throughout Australia
  • Ensure that all customers contact problems or issues are dealt with at a first call point resolution
  • Ensure compliance to data entry is adhered to
  • Experience in customer care environment taking inbound calls and ensuring you take care of the customer with an overall call experience
  • Typing skills of 4550 words per minute
  • Database experience with SAP, Oracle or similar
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Pleasant and friendly manner
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Able to work quickly and accurately
  • Ideally you will have your own transport as public transport is limited to this area
