**About The Role**
- We’re looking for a great storyteller, savvy writer and social content native to join PEXA’s Corporate Affairs team as a Corporate Communication & Content Advisor. **What you’ll be doing**

**Drive PEXA’s editorial media**

>
**Craft compelling, fit-for-purpose editorial & multi-media content** for PEXA’s owned and earned media channels, including planning and authoring content for PEXA’s own ‘Property Now’ external news hub; PEXA’s social media platforms; industry publications and mainstream media (as appropriate).

> Identify positive story opportunities, plan and maintain a regular rhythm of content across the organisation’s owned media to drive engagement.

**Lead PEXA’s Research Communication program**
- Collaborate with the PEXA Research team, Corporate Affairs and Marketing teams to prepare and plan for the launch of PEXA’s quarterly and annual research reports. Craft newsworthy media release materials, digestible social media snippets and website content to drive widespread industry awareness and media interest.

**Partner with subsidiary brands** owned by the PEXA Group to identify and amplify achievements, data insights and thought-leadership opportunities. Provide advice and content development support.

**Generate favourable organic editorial** by pitching and syndicating content to peakbodypublications,tradeandgeneralmedia,strengtheningconnectionswiththis network to generate positive publicity for PEXA.

**Produce engaging and strong social media content**
- Influence and drive PEXA’s social media strategy and narrative, ensuring the messages and sentiment protects and enhance PEXA’s reputation
- Adapt new strategies to increase audience grow'th and enhance engagement across PEXA’s social media handles, including PEXA and PEXA UK channels
- Plan and create a regular pipeline of consumable social and digital media assets, increasing the use of video, visual and highly shareable content.
- Leverage third party suppliers where necessary (e.g. video agencies) to deliver innovative and creative content assets as required

**Support key internal/external Corporate Communication initiatives**
- >
**Contribute to PEXA Group’s strategic growth narrative** across three key areas: The rollout of the PEXA Exchange’s e-conveyancing platform into new Australian jurisdictions (NT & TAS); The expansion of PEXA International (beyond UK and into NZ, Canada); The extension of the PEXA Digital Growth (data & insights) business as it enters new markets, as a leader in property data, research & analytics.

**Craft clear, concise and newsworthy stories** and announcements to support PEXA’s corporate affairs and media relations agenda as required. E.g announcing new partnerships & acquisitions; awards and achievements; industry thought leadership, speaking events and leadership profiling;

**Identify opportunities to amplify PEXA’s ESG progress,** on relevant topics such as: Housing Affordability, Sustainability, Data Security, Indigenous Affairs and Diversity & Inclusion. Help demonstrate PEXA’s social license to operate in line with our values of ‘Connecting People to Place’.
