**Job Description**:
SIXT Australia is seeking a **Customer Relations Consultant** to join the team. This is a maximum term contract ending on 19 June 2024.

As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be required to handle customer service queries, complaints and requests; both financial and service related and ensures they are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in line with service SLA’s.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Effectively address customer queries and complaints without undue delay.
- Provide customers with ‘best in class’ service every time
- Use empowerment to turn customer complaints into a positive experience
- Liaise with other areas to gather correct and timely information
- Thoroughly research all customer queries and complaints, ensuring we are providing correct information and solutions.
- Enforce and maintain SIXT Australia standards
- Provide appropriate assistance, feedback and knowledge within the SIXT Australia Network.

- Relationship building and maintenance skills

- Ability to deal with and manage competing priorities

- Ability to build and develop business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
