What's the opportunity?


Our Customer Relations team is looking for an organised and energetic
Customer Relations Consultant who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external customers ensuring long term business success through good profit contribution.

Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a consistent and professional manner
  • Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services
  • Build and maintain strong partnering relationships across Inchcape to gather and collate information to resolve issues
  • Ensure minimum standards are met for call quality, relevant NPS target, average inbound calls per hour, service booking conversions, booking error rate and lead allocation timeframes

Who are we looking for?
The right person will possess an eye for detail & a focus on customer service together with the following:

  • Experience in a similar
  • Be driven and be sales savvy
  • Exceptional approach to customer service
  • Be invigorated and driven by individual and team achievement of success
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, OEM requirements and the competitive consumer landscape preferred not essential
  • Current drivers licence
