**The Role**
As a Consultant you will be called on to manage our clients’ ER and IR issues. You will be speaking to clients over the phone, reviewing/drafting contracts and policies, case managing employment issues such as restructures and redundancies, disciplinary processes and terminations and much more. You will nurture deep relationships with our clients and become a critical part of their success.
**Skills & Experience**
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role providing advice and consultation on workplace relations matters (including in-house HR Business Partners)
- Knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework
- A pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice (both written and verbally)
- Formal qualifications in Law or HR is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced and client-centric environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to be the best practitioner you can be
