Parks Victoria are looking for a Project Officer to assist in the deliver key projects as part of the Suburban Parks

**About the role**:
As a regional project officer, you will help ensure the strategic and successful delivery of a range of projects and enhance the park's experience. You will perform a variety of tasks across diverse areas, including asset, environmental, community, and heritage works. You will deliver projects that are time-bound and require a clear focus on delivery timeframes and successful project management.
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management or equivalent
- Experience within a Public Sector or Service environment desirable
- Proven experience in delivery of technical projects
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with line managers, staff, and key stakeholders across an organisation
- Previous experience in managing contracts and agreements with varied third parties

**About the Region**:
The Melbourne Region consists of a diverse range of parks and reserves. Staff working within the Region are responsible for providing efficient and effective implementation of a broad range of often complex park management functions including natural, cultural and built asset management, visitor management and services, stakeholder management, park planning and emergency response.
